CreateBlog: CreateBlog Is my absolute favorite place on the Web for free premade MySpace layouts. There's a lot of choices here.
Masters of MySpace: This site doesn't necessarily have premade MySpace layouts, but they have an excellent CSS primer and an active MySpace forum space.
FreeWebLayouts: There are over 500 premade MySpace layouts on this site, ranging from categories such as athletes and sports, rock bands, artistic, and fashion.
FreeCodeSource.com: This is a very eclectic MySpace layouts site, with anything from Andy Warhol to Tomb Raider Fan to Paris.
MyGen MySpace Profile Creator: Tons of interesting premade MySpace layouts here,organized in categories such as Computers and Technology, Automotive, Music, and Film/Television.
MySpace Editor-Create A MySpace Layout: This easy to use MySpace layout generator allows you to preview as you create your own customized layout; lots of choices available here.
Skem9: Lots of really nice layouts here, organized in categories. I especially liked the Girly layouts.
Thomas' MySpace Editor: You can customize your MySpace profile with this MySpace editor. After you're all done tweaking what you want your MySpace profile and layout to look like, you can preview it and get the code.
Create a Custom MySpace Overlay: Sure, there's lots of premade MySpace layouts out there. You can also learn how to make one yourself. This site has an excellent MySpace layout tutorial that will take you through the steps of making your very own MySpace overlay.
MySpace Layout Generator: An easy to use MySpace layout generator. Lots of design choices here.
KillerKiwi: None of the premade MySpace layouts on this site are very fancy...and that's a good thing. Simple and uncluttered design with classic colors.
MySpace Layouts: Some very unique MySpace layouts here, inluding one from Kill Bill, the movie.
MySpace Editor: This is an extremely basic Myspace layout generator; a good choice for those just getting started with MySpace.
MySpace Profile Creator, Editor, and Generator: A really nicely put together MySpace profile generator.It's presented in a tabbed format; just go through each tab and view the Live Preview as you make changes.
Gazzump MySpace Layouts: Again, another site with very simply designed premade MySpace layouts. And believe me, those are harder to come by than you might think.
MySpace Backgrounds Help: This site is chock-full of tiled background images, and they've created a helpful step by step tutorial that shows you how to put them into your MySpace background.
Pure MySpace Layouts: A wide variety of MySpace layouts here, organized by primary color scheme.
BlinkYou.com: Some pretty good premade MySpace layouts here, including Cartoons, Patterns, and Solid Colors.
Free Web Layouts: Over 600 premade MySpace layouts available here at the time of this writing.
MySpace Layouts: Over 60 pages of some really nice looking and well designed MySpace layouts; in fact, most of these are just my style.
Toxxic.net:Only a few premade MySpace layouts on this particular site, but they're all pretty good.
